IN THE EMAIL THE FOLLWING INFORMATION IS RELEVANT AND NEEDS TO APPEAR

  1. VERY CLEAR DESCRIPTIO NOF WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PRINTER 

A TICKET REFERANCE NUMBER WILL BE GEBERATED BY NASHUA ONCE THEY FORWARDED THE TICKET TO THE RELEVANT FRANCHISE BRANCH TO ACTION.  

NO FOLLOW UP WILL BE GIVEN FROM THE FRANCHISE WHICH MEANS SW SUPPORT NEEDS TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE BRANCH TO FIND OUT IF THEIR ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE TICKET IN FRESHDESK
