NO FOLLOW UP WILL BE GIVEN FROM THE FRANCHISE WHICH MEANS SW SUPPORT NEEDS TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE BRANCH TO FIND OUT IF THEIR ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE TICKET IN FRESHDESK
